During the hiring process for The High Road Agency, I was asked to complete a flyer layout exercise to demonstrate my skills. I executed the request and turned in my flyer. A few weeks later I was hired and began work at The High Road. Not long after I started, we were looking at new business cards and the illustration I used in my hiring exercise was selected to go on the front of our new business cards.
