Poplar Creek Woodworks is my fictional woodworking company created for a branding study. I am a woodworker and have made my own paddle for canoeing and my own landing net for fishing, so it was no problem deciding on a brand and type of company. I chose the name because in all my projects I make the outer piece of wood that will be in my hand is Tulip Poplar, the state tree of my home, Tennessee.
