From 2020-2022, I was lucky enough to work with the communications team at Pilot Company headquarters on their yearly open enrollment materials. Insurance is slightly scary and not much fun to deal with, so the team and I developed these benefits guides with a light-hearted, bright appearance to painlessly guide users through the process of choosing benefits.
