This poster project was an experiment in texture, type and color to capture the attitude and meaning entwined in the Big Ears Festival in Knoxville, Tennessee. Big Ears is a music festival centered around experimental music. The colors and texture in this poster are meant to represent the different sounds one might encounter at Big Ears. The poster was created as part of a contest to be featured at the festival.
